- Four dart traps run the length of this passage, triggered by each of four pressure plates along the floor. The first plate is broken, the rest work fine.
- A hot spring recedes into the floor on the north side, nearly too hot to bathe in. Steam rises.
- A dead giant spider, and a mummy trapped in its web.
- A stone calendar. Spherical rocks from two inches to two feet in diameter move themselves along marked grooves in the floor to denote the date, equinox and solstice, and the position of the constellations.
- Bare permafrost floor, patches of slippery ice.
- Ten dogs, aggressively begging for food. In the corner, an empty sled and harnesses.
- Most of a mastodon skeleton, missing only the left femur (as a weapon, a mastodon femur automatically hits for 3d6 damage, then breaks irreparably).
